Prof. Dr. F.A Okwo in the last twenty six years, has been teaching, examining, researching and practicing educational technology in university of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State, Nigeria.. He has supervised many projects and theses in educational technology at the university. He is an external examiner and assessor for professorial positions in educational technology in different universities. He is a resource person and consultant to many agencies, national and international such as the United Nations International Children and Education Fund (UNICEF) and the National Universities Commission (NUC).
He has co-authored three books, authored/co-authored two monographs, co-edited two books, and co-authored two funded technical reports. He has fifty seven Journal articles and Conference proceedings, and has attended and presented papers at sixty conferences and workshops which are concerned with educational communication technology and instruction.
Prof. F. A. Okwo has been severally recognized by different bodies. In 2010, he was given an awarded by ‘News in Africa’ for uncommon feat and development in education.
